helpmypc.ai is currently running a pilot with independent computer repair businesses. Our AI helps customers diagnose computer problems and, when hands-on repair is needed, can connect them with a participating local repair business.

We’re looking for repair businesses to help us test the full process before wider launch.

What joining the pilot means

Participate in the helpmypc.ai pilotTake part in the initial testing and validation of the service.
Receive relevant local repair opportunitiesAllow helpmypc.ai to offer the business suitable repair enquiries within its service area.
Provide business details and service areaSo helpmypc.ai knows where the business operates, what repairs it offers and how customers can be matched appropriately.
Test the Partner Portal and repair workflowUse the partner system to view and respond to repair opportunities and help identify anything that needs improving.
Provide feedback and repair outcomesTell helpmypc.ai what worked, what did not, and provide basic outcome information for jobs generated through the pilot.

There is no charge to participate in the pilot.Joining the pilot does not commit you to any future paid service.
