Who we are

helpmypc.ai is owned and operated by AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd (ADS).

It has been developed as a dedicated AI-powered troubleshooting platform, focused specifically on diagnosing and resolving computer and laptop issues in a clear, structured, and user-friendly way.

The platform is built on over 20 years of real-world repair experience at the multi-award winning Help Computer Centre, Bangor, Northern Ireland, combining practical technician knowledge with modern AI capabilities.

Computer help for Northern Ireland

The early focus is on Northern Ireland, particularly Greater Belfast and North Down. Help Computer Centre in Bangor is one approved local repair partner involved in the early rollout. Other approved local repair partners may be used where suitable, based on service area, availability, job fit and admin review.

helpmypc.ai does not guarantee local coverage, repair availability, diagnosis or outcome. The aim is to help customers try safe first steps before moving to hands-on support where that is the right next step.

The next phase is a careful early partner rollout. The aim is to test how AI-guided computer help, My PC Health and repair-business interest work in real customer situations before making broader claims.

Repair partner access is being reviewed gradually. helpmypc.ai does not currently claim established coverage across every area, a warranty-backed repair programme, or guaranteed outcomes.
