Partner Terms

Last updated: June 2026

Partner access is provided by AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd, operator of helpmypc.ai. These terms apply alongside the main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Partner eligibility and approval

Partner access is intended for verified computer repair businesses, IT support providers and similar service providers. Submitting interest does not guarantee approval. We may review business details, service area, contact details and suitability before granting access.

2. Current partner rollout phase

The Partner Portal is currently part of an early approved partner rollout, starting close to home in Northern Ireland. Access may be limited, changed or withdrawn while the workflow is tested. helpmypc.ai does not claim established coverage across every area.

3. Free early access

Partner access during the current early partner phase may be free unless separately agreed. No paid lead, subscription or commission terms are active unless they are agreed separately in writing.

Any future paid partner terms or warranty arrangements will be published separately if introduced.

4. No platform-backed workmanship guarantee during the early partner phase

During the free early partner access phase, AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd and helpmypc.ai do not provide a platform-backed workmanship warranty or guarantee for partner repair work unless separately agreed in writing.

Any warranty, guarantee, price, quote, repair decision or service promise is between the repair business and the customer unless separately stated.

5. Service areas and business details

Partners should keep business name, contact email, phone number, address, postcode and service radius details accurate. These details may be used for service-area matching, availability, job fit and admin review.

Help Computer Centre is one approved local repair partner involved in the early rollout. Other approved local repair partners operating in Greater Belfast and North Down should have equal standing where suitable; partner access does not make any repair business the automatic default route.

If a lead is outside your practical service area, decline it promptly or tell admin so it can be reassigned.

6. Customer data handling

Customer data shown or provided through helpmypc.ai must be used only to assess, contact and handle the assigned repair lead. Do not use customer details for unrelated marketing, mailing lists or other services unless the customer gives separate permission.

Partners must not ask customers to send passwords, recovery keys, passkeys, bank details, card details or unnecessary private documents through the portal or completion notes.

7. Lead acceptance and decline

Offered jobs should be accepted or declined promptly and honestly. Only accept work you can reasonably handle. Declined leads may be reassigned by admin.

Accepting a lead does not guarantee the customer will proceed, pay, attend, or approve a repair.

8. Contacting customers

Customer contact should be professional, relevant and limited to the repair issue. Explain who you are, why you are contacting them, and what the next practical step is.

Do not imply that helpmypc.ai guarantees your work, pricing, availability or repair outcome during the current early partner phase.

9. Completion and outcome notes

Completion notes help validate repair outcomes. Keep them factual and brief. Do not include passwords, recovery keys, card numbers, full transcripts, private customer information, or anything not needed to record the outcome.

10. Reviews, ratings and trust scoring

Reviews, ratings or partner trust scoring may be introduced later. They are not guaranteed to be available during the early partner phase and may be tested or adjusted before wider rollout.

11. Disputes and complaints

If a customer raises a concern about a lead or repair, helpmypc.ai admin may review the partner record, lead history and outcome notes. This does not make AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd the repair contractor.

12. Suspension or removal

Partner access may be suspended or removed for reasons including:

  • Misuse of customer data
  • False or misleading business details
  • Poor conduct or repeated poor outcomes
  • Requesting sensitive information unnecessarily
  • Using leads for unrelated marketing
  • Security concerns or breach of these terms

13. No guarantee of lead volume

Partner access does not guarantee any lead volume, conversion, revenue or ongoing access. The early partner programme is designed to test whether the workflow is useful and safe for customers and repair businesses.

14. Partner responsibilities

Partners remain responsible for their own pricing, quotes, workmanship, insurance, tax, legal duties, customer service and data handling obligations.

15. Contact

Questions about partner access can be sent to support@helpmypc.ai.
