What’s new in helpmypc.ai v0.3?

Last updated: June 2026

v0.3 makes helpmypc.ai better at getting you to the right outcome: free AI-guided help when it’s safe, and a clearer route to real repair support when it’s not.

A clearer route to repair help

Some computer problems can be fixed safely with simple steps. Others need a technician, especially where hardware, data, account access, or repeated faults are involved. v0.3 improves the handoff when AI guidance is not the right route.

Partner Repairs

Users now have a Partner Repairs area in their account. It shows repair requests linked to the account, including whether a repair is current, closed, or waiting for the next step.

Better follow-up after a repair

After a repair is marked complete, the customer can confirm whether the issue was fixed or say they still need help. That makes the end of a repair clearer and helps avoid loose ends.

Repair reviews

Customers can leave a review after a partner repair. Reviews help improve the service and the repair experience for future users.

Cleaner account layout

The account area has been cleaned up on desktop and mobile. It is easier to find previous repairs, monitored PCs, Partner Repairs, and account controls.

Clearer repair details

Repair details are handled more carefully so users see cleaner titles and summaries rather than raw conversation fragments or confusing generated text.

Still in beta

helpmypc.ai is still a beta service. It can make mistakes, repair coverage is not guaranteed, and users should avoid risky steps where data, accounts, hardware, money or business-critical systems are involved.

You can still read the previous v0.2 update for the earlier beta improvements around diagnostic quality, My PC Health, image support and safety guidance.
